he had filed a MITR ( motion to reopen) more than 6-7 months ago but TSc had still not reopened his cases.
you can do a search on his user name and follow his messages.

His was denied, because INS informed him that his I-140 was withdrawn, when in fact, he had filed for some I-140 amendment of some sort which the INS didn't associate properly in its system. Hence all his woes!
