Hi all
If u remember USCIS has told (in their backlog reduction plan) that they would issue an interim final rule around last week of June which facilitates the issue of EAD for longer validity in some cases
Does anybody know if it's already issued and in effect? Does this rule cover only the new applications for EAD that would be filed after the rule or will it effect all the pending applications also?
Can anyone who got his/her EAD approved in last week of June tell me what his validity on EAD was?
btw i just replied for RFEs on both EAD and AP (first time) and USCIS has received the responses for RFEs on 30 June and I am still waiting for the Approvals???
