Long waiting 02062xxxxx got approved

Long waiting seems over. I got approved message yesterday. Here is my experience:

ID: 02062xxxx
RD:12/10/2001
1st Fingerprint: 03/01/2002
2nd Fingerprint: 10/10/2004
no REF.
2 EAD

Day before yesterday, got a strange message like 'we send your approval or registration document..... to the ..." and then yesterday after my lawyer's e-mail enquery, it changed to 'approvaled'. I am still crossing fingers waiting for the paper notice.

Congratulations !!

Do you know what took so long in your case ... name check, security crap or whatever ?? Just trying to get an idea why after approving so many newer cases CSC still likes to let some older applicants wait so much.

I am not sure exactly why my case was very slow. One thing might affect is my last name is very common and my first name is long - this might take longer name check (They need to upgrade their computer system). I think my records were pretty clear since they didn't ask for any new reference.

Wish you all who is still waiting get the magic message soon.
