I have a few questions to ask.. First here are the stats

Labor Filed Nov 2002
Labor AD may 2003

140/485 concurrent PD DEc 10 2003

1st FP May 2004 for 485
AP Approved Jan 2004
RFE 140 Replied APril 21 2005
140 AD SEP 2005

RFE 485 should be sent it before 11/30/05 ( Havnt replied to it yet)
Just 4 Simple things they have asked for..

Biometrics Code 3 11/30/2005 .. yet to take my Biometics.They said I can take it any date before 11/30/05

I was just wondering are these Biometircs before they approve my 485?
How do i make sure that VIsa # has been assinged to me already?

Should I reply to 485 RFE before i Take the Biometrics OR after I take the Biometrics .Would it matter ?

Also ,Do you guys have any idea where my case stands? How long would it take?

I got married After I applied for 140/485 . Since my 140 is already approved i cannot add her name to it.. how Do i bring her here fast? She is outside the US. Or should I wait until 485 Is approved.? would 824 be help for me after my 485 is approved? , as my status is AOS .. I donot have nonimmigrant visa at this time.

I would appreciate your help
 
It depends if you are stuck in retrogression. If so, it can take years. If not, it can go as fast as 3-4 months, depending on EB category.
