Long wait is over - March 29, 02 case approved

Hi Friends,

By the grace of GOD, my case & spouse case has been approved on July 29, 2004. Received emails from BCIS and phone message changed to approved. I checked my emails at Thursday night after finishing reading sai sacharitha. I surprised by seeing emails from BCIS. Thanks to BABA.

Sorry I am on vacation so I couldn't inform you guys until today. It is a BIG relief than excitement. Mine is AC21, changed job after 180 days, works for a small company. I was so concerned when there was no response after 8-9 months submitting RFE. Followed up with senator many times. I think it might helped. I faxed a expedite request to VSC 20 days back and got the response in a week saying my case is under review.

LUD changed after RFE and never changed again until it get approved.
Gave FP2 with out a notice.
3EAD's & 2 Aps got approved.

I Thank every one who shared their ideas and experience in this wonder full website. Thanks to Khanna.

Congratulations Prasa.

How did you manage to give FP2 without notice. I want to try this myself
so if you can share the details of FP2 it will be helpful

gc092602, when I went to local office to get Intern EAD I asked for 2nd FP. She looked at my case said you may recieve any time come back then. When said I am 130 miles far away, she was agreed to do 2nd FP to avoid another 130 miles trip, she was polite.

prasa: Congrats to you and your family. By the way, how did you do the expedite requst? Do you know any disadvantage to do this? ic

immigrationcom: Initially I was in same situation to send a request as I am already making follow up with senator. Few folks here got response saying you are not eligible for expedite request. If you are not contacting a senator you may try sending one. I hope it doesn't harm by sending a expedite request if your date is behind the published date by BCIS. Good Luck!
