Is there any body waiting for I-140 filled in July Detail as Below

Ead Approved 09/01/2003
I-140???????????Waiting????????

My case was filed on July 17th and I received a RFE for my case on 1st March.

I am not too sure whether this is related or not but this is what I did

I sent a letter to the NSC Director sometime in Feb-2004, explaning the situation at my end about the indefinite wait.

Incase if you plan to send the letter then just make sure that on the envelope you should mention "For the personal attention of director"

I suggest you to follow the correct channel to enquire about the status. I think you're trying to follow up with your I140, if so then your Employer or employer authorized agent only can enquire.

I know it's tough, but some time it's always good to follow proper channel.

today I wrote letter to Nebraska service center on my behalf also from employer side

how long will it take to initiate for my I-140 filled in 9th July-2003

please reply Thanks

I am not saying it that you follow the same procedure but I sent a postal mail to

On the cover I just mentioned "For the personal attention of the Director"

You can form some story , write your concerns, tensions about your case.
