Did you check with your lawer?
INS will send AP to the lawer if your application filed by your lawer.
Originally posted by Jack1 My wife's approved AP notice was mailed on Dec 30th and mine was mailed on Jan 2nd by TSC. We have not received any approval notices yet.
Lawyer is not involved...I have filed myself..There is a change of address though...I have informed BCIS reg. mine..My wife's change of address is yet to be informed to BCIS..
I guess if the approved notices reach my old address then those should be forwarded to my new addess since we have filed change of address with USPS and we are getting all forwarded mails at our new address..
I thought you might have recd the notices. Since you did the change of address, some times ins documents will be forwarded to your new address, sometimes not. So it depends on your luck. All the best....
My wife received her AP notices(2 copies) after 12 days of being posted..I also discovered some theory for AP notices...AP notices always go to the address which is mentioned in your I-485 application..My wife's AP notices show our new address(I called BCIS and changed address some time back)...but the notices were mailed to our old address since I forgot to call BCIS reg. her I-485 address change...Finally AP notice was forwarded by USPS to our new address..
