Can I remedy this situation at this stage ? This is what happened:
My name as is in the birth certificate:
Marlon Silvas Peres de Barros
In the passport, it was entered as:
lastname:Silvas Peres de Barros
Firstname:Marlon
In the Labor Certification:
lastname:Barros
Middle Name:Silvas Peres de
Firstname:Marlon
Now I am filing the I-140/I-485. I realize that I should stick to the official birth certificate version.
However, the name that appears in the LC differs. Is there anything I can do to remedy this and avoid confusion down the road ?
