My husband has gained his Green Card through employment. My son has opted to be processed via London and has been living in the UK since last year. We have heard that you can by pass the NVC and go directly to the consulate. My son's I-824 has been approved. We called the London consulate but they were not to helpful. Does anyone know what we need to do to get things moving.
