Login tto my customer Account.

unfortunately I did not log out .. and now when I try to see my info .. it gives me an error .. saying "I am already logged in" .. did anyone encounter the same problem.

NOw I cannot see any Logout Button.

Any Suggestion

Clear the Cookies and Delete the Temporary internet Files , and restart the box , then u can login , only thing when u login , click the LOGOUT link to logout , just don’t close the browser or don’t use the back button without clicking on the LOGOUT link

Laxmany:::

you don't have to delete the cookies.. just go to login index page .. and logout at LEFT hand side.

if u close the browser without LOGOUT , and try to Login next time , it will not allow you , and you will not see the LOGOUT link on that screen , so at that time u have follow the above procedure

You have to wait for your previous session to timeout

If you closed your browser, nothing would help. Just wait (who knows how long) and the session will timeout.
It's a bad design in maintaining sessions on their part. Hope they would fix it in the future.

I really don't know.

I got back to work and finally went back to the site, I think, 4 hours later.

Who knows what timeout value they have set !!

That's definitely a programming oversight/bug. You should let them know about it (include the entire stack trace in your browser).

I will email them. It is a bit scary to know that the same kind of developers are also designing systems that can mess up somebody's life.

Tell me about it!
They are very strict on how you should choose your password: has to be at least 8 characters, must have numbers and alphabets, must have both upper case and lower case letters, AND can't have too letter the same in a row. Give me a break. Even my bank account does require that.
What's worse, I happened to mistype my password and forget to choose the account type several times, they disabled my login and I had to request a temporary password to be send to my email account. Then I logged in with the temp password, tried to change to my old one. It wouldn't allow me, complaining that it was used before. Anyway, I settled with a new password (hoping that I would remember it in the future), and guess what? They sent me an email to my hotmail account with my new password in it in plain text. What the heck? With all the seemingly precaucious steps we had to go through in picking a password, they just send the password over the network without ensuring it's safe to do so.
Sorry if I have been overly pickcy about nobody. But it does feel good to pour my anger out.

Programming Errors

May be the INS ought to hire some of us to get the job done better, faster and may be cheaper.

Just Kidding....
