Tell me about it!
They are very strict on how you should choose your password: has to be at least 8 characters, must have numbers and alphabets, must have both upper case and lower case letters, AND can't have too letter the same in a row. Give me a break. Even my bank account does require that.
What's worse, I happened to mistype my password and forget to choose the account type several times, they disabled my login and I had to request a temporary password to be send to my email account. Then I logged in with the temp password, tried to change to my old one. It wouldn't allow me, complaining that it was used before. Anyway, I settled with a new password (hoping that I would remember it in the future), and guess what? They sent me an email to my hotmail account with my new password in it in plain text. What the heck? With all the seemingly precaucious steps we had to go through in picking a password, they just send the password over the network without ensuring it's safe to do so.
Sorry if I have been overly pickcy about nobody. But it does feel good to pour my anger out.
