Location, Please Advise

I am thinking about taking CP route instead of I485. Currently I live and work in US on H1b with Canadian PR. I want to do my CP in Canada. What locations do I have to choose? I am in west region.

In addition, how is Vancouver Consular and its current status for CP???

All immigrant visa cases in Canada are handled by the US Consulate in Montreal.
Vancouver BC does not handle Immigrant Visa cases, nor does any other consulate in Canada, other than Montreal.
