I got my I-485 approval from VSC recently, but I moved to Missouri couple months ago and have not called INS to change address yet.
The questions are: do I have to go back to east coast to have my passport stamped, or I can do it at local INS office here? Is there any problem for that? such as delay, or sending paperwork to NSC instead of VSC?
