Light at the end of the tunnel

Chotu,

This might be a good thing. I have seen many local transfer cases approved within 1-2 months time after local transfer. Check this web site & Immitracker.com for local transfer cases. At least you do not have to deal with whole NSC. Once local NSC receives your case, they would send you a interview notice which is mere formality. All they will do is to collect your EAD, AP & I-94 & stamp the passport.

So hold on, things will work out for you. If there is any consolation, I am March RD/ND too, but no RFE, not even assigned to an officer yet. I seems to be in NSC black hole.

I have one question though. Did you asked your local senator or congressman to check on the status of your case before NSC transferred your case? Also how many times usually you used to call IIO at NSC? Especially in last 2-3 months? Like every week or every 2 weeks?
I am thinking of calling NSC every week now.
