Local PCC question..

Guys..
I am combining marriage & CP interview.. Immi-info site says that I need to get 2 PCC for my wife. One from Regional Passport Office & one from local police station.. Any one knows what is the format for PCC from local police station??

any info would be help-full..

Almost similar content as in PCC issued by indian consulte here in USA...
 
If you go to Police station, they will give a statement stating the person does not have adverse record with the police station. No format, just ask for the PCC and they will be giving it. Make sure the person's name and passport number is mentioned in the statement.
