Local office says AP approved,website says 'AP Still Processing"

I called my local INS office at indianapolis to get the information about to apply emergency AP. They denied to issue emergency AP. Luckily the nice immigration officer collected my receipt details and imm'ly phoned NSC and after 30 mins he called me back with message " Your AP has been approved on Nov 3rd".But when i checked the on line status it says under processing with default message.

i don't know which one to believe.For the past three days no update in my case.Moreover my EAD approved on the same date (Nov 3rd).

1. How often they will update the website?
2. how many days it will take to get EAD card?
