Hi,
 I have a question for you.I have applied for 485 in October.And i have applied for EAD at the same time.I would like to know to which place i need to go and get EAD in the shortest time(means within 90days time).or i need to wait till 90 day period.if anyone knows about this can you please let me know.

You have to wait for 90 days before you can apply for interim EAD. You
will have to go to San Jose INS office for the same.

and also 90 days will depend on the receipt notice or the date we have send the fedex to the ins.\'coz nowadays receipt notice also will take two months.

Hi

You can go for your iEAD only after 90 days from your receipt date. Receipt date is the date on which INS receives your EAD application ( this will typically be 1 or 2 days from your actual mailing date of the application ). Receipt Notice date may be 2 or more months from your mail date; but that is mostly referred as the Notice Date in this forum.

So you should calculate 90 days from your Receipt Date ( not Receipt Notice Date ) for getting your iEAD. Hope this helps and best wishes.
