Local DO phone number

I used Yahoo!Local & search "immigration" with the city where my DO is to get the phone number of the office. Interestingly, there is an option for citizenship case update even though they only provide the phone service in the morning one day a week. I plan to call them this week to see if my oath letter is mailed. This would save me a 1-hour trip each way.
