Hi,

I have my fingerprinting schedule at San Jose, but reside in PA. I am going to San Jose, but which address should I give on the form that they ask to fill up before FP. Will it be a problem if I show them PA driver\'s license? Or can I just show the pasport? All my 485 processing is done on a local San Jose address basis. Any previous experience will be gretaly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

hey! dude.

I kinda happen to be in the same boat. I moved to FL but filed my 485 from NJ. I went for FP back to NJ and tried giving my friend\'s NY address (that\'s my new c/o address with the INS). But, the FP guys told me they cant do it because it is a NY address. So, if you can get a San Jose friend\'s address, yes, you can change it when they do the FP.

hope it helps.

Update.

I gave the local WestChester addresss. They were ok with that. They just asked me if all my paperwork was from California. The fingerprinting experience in San Jose ASC was excellent. They see that the fingerprinting is done correctly and also a supervisor inspects it before they let the applicant go! So no chance of a bad fingerprint.

Cheers.
