Lo.....ng Silent from NSC meaning No RFE ??

Hi,

My EB-1 EA I-140 is pending at NSC since June 21, 2006 and there was one LUD i.e. on Aug.12, 2005 (probably a mass LUD). Since then nothing has happened. LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG silence meaning there won't be any RFE. Is there anybody who can highlight this aspect?

Thank u tipotodo. I will post if I get such approval :) Happened to me in my NIW approval. No LUD and straight approval after about 5 months.
