LLC+2years=permanent residence ?

Hello, i've registered Forexiva LLC at Oregon april 2007 (www.incorp.com), and i have several questions. First of all how i can come to the USA for a permanent residence, somebody tells me that if i have business in the USA, LLC for 2 years i can live in the USA official,i'm from Belarus. Secondly, if it is true, what shall i do? what income i must have and so on. RSVP, viktor.

Greencard through investment requires an investment of $1M in a new business plus employment of 10 us workers. If the investment is in rural area it has a lower limit.

What do you think about E-2 VISA?, It is Non-Immigrant for less of investment.
