I am a Canadian citizen living and working in the US on a TN-1. I want to move back to Canada and still work for my current US based employer (travelling from Can-US every week). Is it possible to live in Canada and work for a US-based employer? Can this be done on a TN? A H1? Green Card? Do you need to maintain any address in the US? Any idea about the tax implications?
