live in district for 3 months before submit?

I have my GC for 5 years and I live the current address for 3 years. I was in business trip in Asia in May. I'm not sure that can I submit my application now? The "A guide to naturalization" says "Most people must live in the district or state in which they are applying for at least 3 months before applying"

u were in tht place for 3 yrs u took a vacation and u came back...
