Delaware Labor

Has anyone actually got their labor done in Delaware? The main question I have is if one has a branch office in Delaware do you have to live and work there to file labor. OR WHAT STAGE IN THE PROCESS DO U HAVE TO PHYSICALLY LIVE THERE?

It seems from that as long as you can have an office there you can file from Delaware and I find that hard to believe that it is so easy.

Can anyone tell me if they heard this from a lawyer? I would like the lawyer phone number.

Thank you very much for taking your time to read or answer my posting.

Hi ms789 ,

Labor can be applied in two ways 1) In the jurisdiction where you live, if your LCA(H1B) is for that location - Normally no consulting company does this way 2) In the jurisdiction where your company's head quarters are located.

Companies normally go for the second option as employees will be moving around on different assignments. especially in consulting business.

So, its simple !!. You can apply for your GC w/o any problem. You need NOT to live in there at any point of time.
