In part 6b of form DSP-122 (where you have to list the schools you have attended), it says: "Names and Addresses of all Schools, Colleges, and Universities Attended (Include Trade and Vocational Schools). Does this mean that you have to write the FULL address of the school, like street number, street name, postal code, etc etc..? Or does it simply mean to write the city and country?
There is really no space to write the full address of the schools in part 6b, so I guess an extra sheet has to be attached if indeed they want the complete full addresses of the schools. And since it DOESN'T say to attach additional sheets in the INSTRUCTIONS on form DSP-122, I'm not really sure if they really do want the full address or not. On the other form, DS230, it does say to attach additional sheets if extra space is needed, but on that form they don't ask for the "address" of the schools.
