Has anyone listed what RFEs are issued for I-140 usually and the way, in your experieince, your attorneys have responded?
So far I have found, one or more than one of the following, on this forum :
1.Company's ability to pay
2.Elaborate LC qualification
3.Expereince Letters
4.Company's Tax Returns
Please add.

Case Status Online during RFE

Can anyone tell me what does the online case status say if INS issues a RFE in your case? Is there any way to find out online whether an RFE is issued?

Hi Kjkool,

If you put your LIN number on On line status, then if RFE is issued. You will come to know. whatever status is changed, you will come to know. But RFE is send to attorney and not to you. Your attorney could send it to you or afx it to you.

I got RFE for Original Transcripts(Marks Memo) of all my Bachelors degree.
This was in oct of 2002. Background.
RD Jul 2002.
RFE in sept 2002 for Original Transcripts and company's ability to pay..I have a MS degree in US. and a BE degree from India.Both in computers.INS wanted all the originals .SO i sent the originals and the lawyer made sure that I got them back. My case was approved in early november 2002 and got all the originals back in a week.
