hi,
when i filed my EAD,AP and I485 all that was reqd from me was my copies of birth certificate, marriage certificate, all pages of the passport and 6 photographs.
be careful of what photos u take, cause INS wants it in a specific way, with the right ear visible clearly.
the first i sent normal ones and they sent it back asking for proper pics, which u can take from SEARS, they give guarantee that it wont get rejected.
i dont think i submitted any other papers on my part. rest all my spouse had to give.
