Am I missing anything. Is anyone carrying IRS 9003 Sailing permit. I download the form from the net and correct me if I am wrong all one has to do is fill it up.

-- P3 Payment receipt
-- 6 months valid passport

Not planning to carry sailing permit since not required.

Lost W2

Is it required to take original W2s for all the years of employment ?.
I lost my 99 w2. and the employer no-longer exists. I have all othe W2s
