List of Documents for Spouses Immigrant Visa interview

Dear All,
Can you please let me know what are the documents that I need to sent to Chennai consulate for my wife? I got married after my Immigrant Visa interview and Consulate has asked me to send all the documents along with Packet 3 for my wife before I leave for the US. Has anyone done this before? If so please help by posing the list of documents that you submitted for your spouse.

I am in the same situation

Here is the list which Mumbai consulate wanted.

1. DS230 - I for Wife.
2. Copy of immigrant VISA.
3. Copy of Marriage certificate.

I submitted in addition to the above, following.

1. Copy of Wife\'s birth certificate.
2. Copy of passport Self/Wife.

I am in the same boat.,

My interview was on 29th January(Chennai) and got married on Feb 15th. When I asked the Consulate they asked me to send only the following copies:

The marriage certificate
Spouse\'s birth certificate
My and Spouse\'s passport copies

They didn\'t require the Packet-3. When I asked about it they said that they will send the Packet-3 later. Yet to hear the status. Now I returned back to US(POE-JFK). No updates yet.

Please keep this thread alive and update if anyone similar has any leads.
