WOuld anyone please post here all the documents required to file I-485.

My complete lists. Please correct me if anything is wrong.

These are many hours of my work. Those with experience and knowledge, please correct me if you find anything wrong. I am sending my I-485 out tomorrow (Jan. 7, Mon.). I hope this will be helpful to some people. I thank those who spot any problem. Good luck.

Important!!!! Fees will be increase after Feb. 19, 2002!!!

For I-485 Principal applicant (F1, H1, I-140 employment-based)

1) Check of $220 in payment of the required I-485 filing fee.
2) Check of $95 in payment of the required I-131 filing fee.
3) Check of $100 in payment of the required I-765 filing fee.
4) Check of $25 in payment of the required Finger Printing fee.
5) Form I-485, Application for Adjustment of Status.
6) Form I-131, Application for Travel Document (Advanced Parole).
7) Attachment of Form I-131: A letter states Reasons for Temporary Travel.
8) Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization.
9) Form G-325A (four colored copies), Biographic Information of mine.
10) Form I-693, Medical Examination results sealed by Dr. XXX
11) I-765 Signature Card (optional?).
12) Form I-797, Approval notice of I-140 Immigrant Petition
13) Form I-797A and Form I-94 showing my current H1B1 visa status (front and back)
14) Form I-94 showing the F1 student visa status of my last entry into the U.S (front and back).
15) Evidence of last Employment Authorization Document.
16) Copy of Form I-20 showing my F1 student visa status and authorization of curricular practical training.
17) Copies of all pages of my valid passport and my last entry visa into the U.S.
18) Copies of my degree certificates
19) Letter showing employment commitment
20) Pay stubs of most recent two months.
21) Birth certificate
22) Six (6) immigration photos for I-485, I-131 and I-765 applications, enclosed in the small envelope.

thank you. one question

this is very helpful. but I have one question. Are you sure I-134 is the rigt form to use for dependents? Some previous messages say we should use I-864. Some say no such forms are needed. I am still at sea about this. When u filled out I134, what did you check on part 1 (a b, c, and d)? As a alien, none of these are applicable in my view
