While we are seeing some cases being approved on filing amendment I140 after company name change, there are quite a few still waiting. Please add your details to this discussion, so we get a fair idea about how VSC is handling such cases.

I485 : 00-203-5xxxx (pending with officer)
Amended I140 : O1-009-5xxxx (pending with officer)

My company has a name change and few people did pro-active I-140.
But it is very strange, some of them got even before the appooval of I-140 and few people got even with out Amended I-140. Who know what exactly INS following on Name change !!!!!!!!

IIO - Vermont!!! Those people who got 485 approval without amended 140... Did they happen to get RFE for employment letter etc.? If YES, how did they respond to INS. On the new company letter head!!!
