List of 160 - 180 days AVM message

WAC-01-298-5XXXXX

PD : Feb, 2001
RD : 09/19/2001
ND : 10/01/2001
FP : 03/08/2002 (SanJose)
EB3-INDIA
CSC

The AVM says " 160-180 days". Untill yesterday it was 975-999
days.

Does it mean, I can send an enquiry to INS about my status,
rather than wait for the JIT to be September XX, since I'm way
beyond 160 - 180 days of the ND.

160-180 days for kid WAC 02-045-

Before that AVM was 975-999 days and yesterday changed to 160-180 days. Gives some hope after > 9 months of waiting.

For spouse and me it is " FP results recd and Processing resumed from Feb 02 ..." - it has been the same for more than 6 months.

I think INS might have changed all messages to 160-180 days. Can someone confirm that their message still says 975 * days?

still 975-999...my fp receipt date is 4/29

even though fp was done on 3/29!

As of 08/15/02 the AVM message is still 975 - 999 days.

AVM Rolled back again to 975-999

Today checked the status of the kid and is changed from 160-180 days to 975-999 days
For spouse and me no change - processing resumed...
No idea what INS is doing?

weired ...they changed it for kid and not you 2. strange INS ways wonder even if they can understand that too.
