In addition to answer all the questions in the RFE notice, did you guys list (summarize) all the criteria of EB1A you have met at the end of your response letter? Or did you just answer the questions in the RFE notice?

Thanks!

Hellow,
Explain your problems in details first before you expect advice from others.

Thanks for your input.

The questions listed on the EB1A RFE is very similar to what "llp1" got. Basically they are questioning the criteria of Sigma Xi membership, conference posters, judge of others' work, outstanding contributioin, publicaiton and media reports. They did not question my "Critical performance in distinguished institutions" because they did not mention it in the RFE.

I will focus on the four criteria of judge of others' work, outstanding contributioin, publicaiton and media reports and also mention my critical performance again.

I was wondering whether I should list/emphasize again all the criteria I have met at the end of the reponse letter.

the same question

I've got the same question. I am hiring a lawyer to write the cover letter for me. I will ask my lawyer.
I personally believe that the appropriate presentation is very important in addition to your excellent credentials for EB1A.
If you post your detailed information, the folks here will be very helpful to your unique case.

I left a promise to answer the question here, and I feel that I have to answer it even though nobody seems care for it anymore.
I just sent out my response to the RFE, drafted by my lawyer.
In the response letter, on the first page, I did list all the criteria that I claimed to qualify emphasizing based on the previous evidence and the new evidence. My lawyer even added some criteria that I didn't claim in the original petition. I asked her, she answered that it's better to claim as much as you could and provide as much as you could when it is allowed b/c you can't add any more evidence or claim any more when you appeal (if there is any) later. The officer will make the final judge based on the evidence provided and what have been explained.

I still care for this issue. Thanks a lot for sharing your way of answering the RFE.
May I ask whether you claimed the Sigma Xi or other memberships as one of the criteria?
Good luck to your application!

If you are sure that you have enough and strong evidence to show the criteria, yes, you can summerise all criteria you claim. Be careful that would also backfire if you cannot convince with the evidences. Otherwise You can summerise everything efficiently as a candidate raisen to a small percentage

My lawyer's strategy is to claim criteria as much as you can, and provide the evidence as much as you can. She claimed 8 out of 10, including Sigma Xi the membership and the fellowship awards. To be honest, I am scared too. But the lawyer's explanation is that you claim and provide as much as you can, and leave the officer to make the final judge.
I monitored this forum for quite a while. I know this lawyer's strategy is different from what people talked here.
It's at the last minute I retained this lawyer for drafting the response letter only (I still self-petition). I don't feel that I could write any better than she did. So I submitted it. Now it's really up to the officer to make the final judge.
I gathered more evidence for the Sigma Xi (obtained two letters) and the award (independent experts comment in the letters).
When I collected the letters from the independent experts, I paid more attention to my original contribution, the significance/impact of my work in the field, and the journal review requests (judge of others work). So in the response letter, my lawyer also wrote a lot for criteria 4, 5 and 6. The layout of the letter: the list of the criteria and the general explanation (two pages); criteria 4, 5 and 6 evidence (five and half pages); the other criteria evidence (four pages); finally one simple paragraph to summarize; total 12 pages.
I submitted the package last Friday, and was informed by email this morning that the package was received and my case was resumed.
