LIN02040 2003 approvals - 7+

These are "Card Ordered" cases, not newly approved cases. These might have been approved a while back.
 
These could be OCT/NOV 2002 cases

They start using LIN02 beginning OCT 2001. When I renewed my EAD in OCT 2002 it had LIN03 number. I think this just tells that INS is at least approving cases and not on a halt.

I think the message "after approving your application... " is for cases that have already been approved. All the cases having this message have approve dates before Jan 14 (INS had freeze before Jan 14.) . I do think (LIN0208150511 This case has been approved. On January 23, 2003) is a good one to say Nebraska did started approving 485 cases. Atleast this one. Hope we will see approvals next week on rupnet.
 
Well, you never know, this may even be a local transfer approval case. The status gets changed after the local office informs the service center about the decision on the case.

If it is a regular NSC approval then it is great news!!!
 
Order of processing !

What the hell is the order of processing 485. Is it based on a pack of cards ??????????????

Crazy INS Nebraska. My RD is Aug 2001 and looks like people from Oct are getting approved. Maybe we have to pay money to get our apps approved... !!!!!!
