I sent my papers to an indian employer in NJ to process my H1b. That was on 14 June. Its going to be 4 weeks and they never sent me a reciept nor the LIN for my h1b petition. I have no clue wats going with my h1b petition. Any idea how to find if the employer has really filed a h1b petition for me with USCIS? please advise.
