My online status says that an RFE was mailed on 12/4. Just saw it today. It wasn't there yesterday till about 8:45 pm - I have LIN Wizard running on my pc.

Will post details when I receive the letter.

No RFE issued for my spouse or son (yet!)

FP1: 6/20/02
FP2: 6/10/03

Can you please share your country name as well as category (EB2/EB3). How come you had your 2ND FP already?

As far as 2nd FP is concerned, folks at NSC might have a better answer......I recd the 2nd notice exactly one year after my first, so I dutifully went and had my paw prints taken again :)

Seems like we are in the same boat. I have got the RFE on 12/04/2003 too. Is your ND 04/27/2002...?

Yes, my ND is 4/27.

My RFE is for a current employment letter.
