Lost my job this summer and found current one in November. Used Act21 and letter from new employer. To those in similar situation, hang in there tough, things will eventually come through for you.

Congrates ! One question your new job has the same or higher salary than the previous one and does BCIS asks in RFE about salary also. Your experience will be helpful.

Thanks! In my case they only asked for a letter from my employer for verification and nothing else. Of course the employer has to mention my salary in the letter, in my case, which is higher. Hope this helps.

Did you claim AC21 after you got the RFE or did you inform BCIS as soon as you changed employers ?
I have recently changed jobs and the lawyer is suggesting to inform BCIS now and pay him $300 extra to write a letter.

I landed my new job after I got RFE, so I only responded to the employment verification and indicated using AC 21 in the same letter. In your case, I’m no expert at immigration, maybe some senior members can give you better advices.

Personally I wouldn’t bother, just because you still have a shot getting approved without RFE. You might need to change your address though if you moved to a new place, which is a different form and they are not related.
