Limitations on applying a 2nd 485

Are there any limitations on applying for a 2nd 485 based on a new eligibility criteria (naturalization of spouse)? Is it required to withdraw the the original employment based 485 or can they run concurrently?

You can file multiple I-485, do not have to withdraw it.
