The way INS is handling 485 cases it seems they will soon retrogess the dates atleast for EB3 for around 2 yrs. That way they can ease up the load and handle other cases. This is my prediction and not another way to spread rumors. Serious replies please.....this is not another Mr Habib.....ha ha ha

Priority Dates are not based on INS load.

They are decided by DOL on the numerical limit for year. more number of aprovals will mean that limit will reach fast
