Are we still required to update the BCIS with any change in address after we become permanent residents?

Yes, update them so that they know where to send your card. Also as long as you are not USC, whenever you move, you will have to fill up the AR-11 form informing them your latest address.

By law, a LPR is required to file AR-11 within 10 days of moving to a new address. Please keep a copy and send the form in a certified mail.
