I want you experts to let me know how the Life Act 245I helps
persons like me and many others.I was here legal on B1 and when the life act deadline came up on april 2001 iwas stii legal and filed my I 130 through my brother.At that time I was told by my lawyer that under the law i could stay and adjust the status while in USA
and likewise stayed here. Slowly i got employment and Currently
on H1 and i have all my family here now. I want to know if my Employer did cancel my H! before i got a new sponserer could i be out of status? Again could my Brother file H4 and i would continue staying here? .This is all tough because my family is here and we donot want to go back and restart all over again in our home country.
could we just stay and wait for 10 years as i do not see another way out . please Rajiv or any one give us a clue or an appointment so we could come and seek a way out.
