That is right particularly this current administration, no stone will be left unturned until they discover the smallest conceivable excuse for denying your application. I saw someone whose N400 application was denied simply because he has misdemeanor offenses and completed his probation a long time ago. Student visas were being revoked for minor traffic violations.
