I sent my I-485 papers to employer June25 th . Liad off of on June30th. My employer filed I-485 on July 3rd, INS revecived my papers on jul 3rd. I did not transfer my H1. From July 1st I'm not working to any employer, I was waiting for EAD. Now I recived my EAD. Can I start work with EAD for any company, OR TO WAIT till 180 days period? My Lawyer was my emploer lawer, Do I have to change my lawer. Please help me.

What is your I-140 Status? Does your employer revkes the I-140? IF he is not doing that you use the EAD But in your situation using the H1 transfer is safest way to go.
My I-140 approved in june 1 st week. he will not revoke I-140. Its alredy 3 Months over, as i'm not working. Can I do H1 transfer now.
If he is not revoking for sure you can use EAD provided you do not have any issues like out of status. If you do an H1 transfer you may need to go out of US and come back
laid off jun30th. I have recent pay stub is July 7 th, for the pay period from jun16 th to jun30 th. I-485 recpt date on July 3rd. I think any how from July 3rd I'm AOS it will be valid status. I concerned about July 1st and 2nd. I don't know whether Jul 1st and 2 nd as out of status OR b'cos my pay stub on july 7th means in status for Jul1 1st and 2 nd. Please can you clarify.
