We recently formed an S corporation in TX, we got out first business contract today... they are asking me for 'proof of Liability Insurance'.
to whom I need to contact regarding this? is this some thing like life Insurance?
can some one guide me thru the right personnel regarding this? any phone numbers or insurance company names etc.,
I need this ASAP
