Hi
I have been working in singapore for a US real estate company, for 2 years...
I specialise in tax, international mortgages etc... it is specialised....
For tax reasons I have been paid gross (self employed, kind of on a consultancy basis!...I am paid into my HK company.)
My company wants me to now work in the US,
Please can anyone tell me if I qualify for an L1, and if so.... what type of questions/proof do Immigration ask for.... as I dont have formal US payslips....
Everything is above board... I am just worried that they wont understand!!
Secondly if I do qualify.... can I apply whilst in the states, or do I have to go to London for an interview....
thanks in advance
