What are level 1 and level 2 inquiries ? Only attorneys can do these ? Are there any guidelines for these ?
Immigration gurus please help as this is sort of urgent for me.

Following are my details:
RD 10/00
ND 11/00

RFE for new/amended I140 04/01
replied and applied 04/01

I-140 approvd 08/01..Still waiting..

why is amended I-140 needed?
did your company got acquired or changed name?
these RFEs have to be replied by attorney by coordinating with company HR staff.
