Letters for H4 visa

Hi! Can anyone provide me with sample letters for the following for my wife's H-4 visa:

1) Job experience letters
2) Letter from petitioning employer confirming employer's intent to hire the applicant
3) {rincipal applicant’s letter of offer from the US company (I've been employed for 5 years- Does this refer to the letter of offer 5 years ago, or a new one? - this is so confusing)

I don't think job experience letters are required for H4. All that is required is documentation providing evidence of marriage and evidence of proper status of the principal H1 holder. This includes a letter verifying H1 holder's employment, H1 holder's original approval notice, copy of LCA (salary paid shold be more than or equal to LCA salary), pay stubs, etc.
Also H1 holder should be paid full LCA salary even if benched. This is particularly true if applying in Chennai. Benching without pay is illegal.
