Letter to Withdraw lawyer from case -- HELP

Hi,

Does anybody have a sample letter for withdrawing a lawyer from a case? I've moved on to another company and am filing a AC21. Also, because the lawyer who represented me on my 485 was employed by my previous company, i'll have to get rid of him from my 485 case. Any suggestions on what I need to send?

Form G-28- I think this form is used for somebody else representing you-like lawyer. So a plain paper letter would do. Send it to VSC.

if you are getting a new lawyer then the new lawyer will submit a new G-28, which will remove the old lawyer as the attorney of record

if you are not getting a new lawyer, submit a letter "withdrawing form G-28 " for "your lawyer" to uscis

and you can also call 800# for uscis and tell them of lawyer change too

Thanks for the info.

I called uscis and they said that I should a letter... they won't change the lawyer on the phone. They did change my address on the phone.
