My mom has been rejected three times. I saw some posts regarding a letter from a local congressman to the consulate for parents' visa on the board. Would anybody please share your experiences on how to contact a congressman, how to draft the letter to the consulate (if you have a sample that will be perfect)? I really appreciate your help.
