Letter from FBI

Yesterday I got letter from FBI response to my query regarding NC after many tries from diff sources.
1) It says that my wife's NC is processed and finalized on same day (dec 20 2006).
2) Then my NC received on same day and currently in progress. ( I guess reason sincerely I paid all taxes to govt , many benefit I might not use in future, helped each and every way to this economy, no criminal record in any country and all ethical think you can think of ).

3) Then all bla bla crap FBI process millions app..National..homeland security all you can think of from president’s speech and final summary in letter" we will made your result as quickly as possible"


Now i have couple of questions

1) Is it possible that dependent can get GC before principal applicant even if he is stuck up in NC check?

2) Last sentence really give some hope "we will made your result as quickly as possible"
Any body any experienced that this will expedite the process (I mean can somebody really stop eating burger and just open my box on thuesday or Wed, type my name again and do Google search to see that i am not threat to this country)?

Please let me know anybody experienced this before.

NO WAY.... If you are primary applicant and it is EB for your family.
If dependant started his/her own GC process, why not ...

no one is going to leave their burgers for your silly name check.

when they say asap they mean "we will look into it when we get there"

primary has to get the GC before his dependents can be considered else a serious anomaly may arise where wife and kids start enjoying and flashing the green and the hubby gets charged with treason after the google search.

Those USCIS guys will be really confused in that situation and their program has no logic to handle that situation and wont know what to do with partial greenry in your house
