letter from DOS USCIS

hi there,

i have now got the letter from DOS. saying fav recom, being requested to USCIS.

so will i get the letter from USCIS ? how long normally it takes to get this letter ?

if i dont get this letter in case(of Lost) can i keep the letter from DOS as final waiver ?

Hi there,

i have now got Approval Notice I 797 from USCIS in the post.

which is very nice. so my Waiver is done and finish.

it was amazingly very easy and fast too.

if someboday from the following state and with Hospitality J1 who are subject to 212 (e) of 2 years rule of Home Residency Requirement.

Bermuda, Delaware, District of Columbia, Kentucky, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia
